Description: |
| Troubleshoot, repair and maintain networked office equipment in a designated territory. Office Equipment includes, but is not limited to: digital networke copiers, scanners, laser printers, color copiers, fax equipment, video conferencing and other presentation equipment. |
Duties: |
Service accounts as directed by dispatch in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Maintain proper parts in inventory in vehicle, including accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork.
Attend in-house training school and factory training centers for training on equipment as directed by Field Service Manager.
Read, file and maintain all technical publications in an easily accessible manner for use on service calls.
Attend monthly team meetings scheduled by Field Service Manager.
Maintain all company issued tools, pagers, cell phones, laptops, etc. |
Qualifications: |
Complete factory authorized training on all equipment he/she will maintain.
Associates or equivalent technical school certification in Electronics.
Must be PC literate and familiar with Windows Office.
Mechanical background a plus.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are necessary.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. |
