The Neighborhood Coordinator provides clinical leadership and support to the Skilled Nursing Neighborhoods, ensuring the mission vision and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services of the neighborhoods.

Duties: |
| Plan, organize, direct and facilitate the clinical and programming operations of the neighborhoods to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident directed culture, strengthen the ability of the neighborhoods to grow as a separate effective home, and promote individual and team learning in the neighborhoods. Direct, organize, and coordinate all aspects of residents/clients needs on their neighborhoods. |
Qualifications: |
KS Registered nurse with 1-2 years of long-term experience, case management, hospital experience, and/or rehabilitation experience is required. Demonstrated leadership qualities, supervisory skills, interpersonal relationship skills.
Hours vary, mainly Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotates call and weekend manager on duty. |
